In addition, perform command and control duties, 100% Accountability recall, monitor and control inventory of the NAAC and Potassium Sulfate snow and ice removal chemicals and the storing and maintaining of them, minimizes time for holding or consolidating ADACG/ATOC cargo, complete joint airfield inspections with Airfield Operations, Maintenance Supervisor, and the Sweeping Crew.  Establish FOD removal priorities based on area conditions, obtained from the Airfield Manager, establish a sweeping schedule for Flight Line Sweepers based upon priorities provided by Airfield Manager and special sweeping requests, Have Flight Line Sweepers immediately respond to special requests from the fire department and ATC, performing periodic unannounced quality inspections, perform general inspection of sweeper (maintenance and safety).  Collect all Driver Daily Sweeping Reports and inspect recorded data for accuracy and completeness, complete Daily Sweeping Roll-up Summary Report based on the submitted Driver Daily Sweeping Reports, Assemble all SWOs, service work orders, inspection records, and records of work performed and submit to the Work Control Supervisor (WCS), as well as perfoming other duties and assignments as required.

 

Day operations Supervisor at Camp Spann MHE VHE Department, RC North, unloading, staging, locating, and tracking cargo and container lots.  Have coordinate in TDY assignment with ADACG and Host Nations Trucking (HNT) job performance included Customer Service, Convoy Briefings, Staging Area Management, Transportation Reports, RFID Management, and (HNT) Locating the Tracking, Documenting Cargo, Container Management, and the giving of Safety Briefings, Tool Box Topics, and STAs.  HAZMAT certified, and can effectively use the Global Transportation Network (GTN), and have used extensively the (CMT) IBS-CMM Integrated Booking System-Container Management Module in Bagram, Radio Frequency RFID tags, both in CRISP yard and with ADACG, as well as the TC-AIMS Movement System.

 

Work as an independent lead, with Safety as the Prime Mission, as well as safety enforcement.  Validate transportation duties, and coordinate supply transportation support, inbound clearance (ADACG CDT and CRISP) of cargo, and inbound clearance of containers (CMT and CDT).  Provide technical expertise to transportation users, and provide in transit visibility of sustainment cargo movements.  Process convoy clearance with ECP MCT units, special hauling permits and arrangements.   Perform movement control and movement TMRs when needed, Cargo and Container TMR movement with MHE and VHE teams (FLS, CMT, CDT and CRISP), and Escort privileges to bring LCNs and Customers onto the base, and onto the Restricted Air Base, with Escort and RAB badge privileges.  Escort Liaison to military customers as Customer Service (CMT and ADACG). Flightline sweeping and snow removal for BAF and surrounding base areas.  Equipment usage for debris and snow removal on restricted airbase flightline. 

 

Work effectively with passenger manifests (ADACG and CRISP customer and worker bussing transportation), Assists bussing arriving personnel through Restricted Air Base to Cargo ports of entry at the Bagram Air Base.  Possess 15 years of Customer Service and Transportation leadership and management, as well as training and supervisory experience in Heavy Equipment Handling of Cargo and Materials.  Process extensively the TMRs and TCMDs throughout Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan ports of entry.
